Shipping Policy

Order processing
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, sale periods, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a meaningful delay, we will contact you using the email address on your order.
Shipping destinations
YISS ships to selected international regions, including Australia and New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other supported international destinations shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at info@yissgel.com.
Shipping method
Orders are shipped internationally by air from our fulfillment warehouse. After the parcel arrives in the destination country or region, it may be handed to a local carrier such as Australia Post, USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, or another regional delivery partner.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates are counted after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Australia: 6 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- United States: 6 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- United Kingdom: 6 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: 6 to 15 business days after dispatch.
- Other international destinations: 6 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Remote areas, customs checks, public holidays, weather events, carrier delays, or peak-season volume may extend these estimates.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on your shipping address, cart value, package weight, and the market/currency available for your location. If a free shipping threshold or promotional shipping offer is active, it will be shown before you complete payment.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives or scans the parcel. In some cases, one order may be fulfilled in more than one package, each with its own tracking number. This does not increase your shipping cost.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@yissgel.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or dispatch.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local charges set by the destination country or carrier. Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or if your parcel appears delayed, contact us at info@yissgel.com with your order number and tracking number. We will help review the shipment status with the available carrier information.
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may review our returns policy for eligible items.
