Returns & Refunds

Change of mind returns

Because gel polish and nail products are personal-use beauty items, we can only accept change-of-mind returns for items that are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Opened or used gel polish, cosmetics, nail tools, or supply items.
  • Items with broken seals, missing packaging, or signs of use.
  • Gift cards, digital products, final sale items, or promotional samples.
  • Products returned without approval from YISS.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@yissgel.com. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Color appearance

We do our best to show shade colors accurately, but colors may vary by screen, lighting, camera settings, and application thickness. Slight color differences are not automatically treated as a product fault.

Return approval

Please contact us before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a remedy in line with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an approved return is to place a new order after your return has been accepted or refunded.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
